Elite Label’s San Jose finishing line
Most of our labels are produced out of our San Jose facility. With state-of-the-art equipment, we can manufacture labels more efficiently and with fewer defects than ever before. We love sharing our end results with you, but wanted to provide some insight on the processes that are taken to get there.
One of our newest machines is the finishing line pictured above. It is an integral part of producing many of our roll-labels. After the image is printed on the chosen material using a digital press, the roll of labels is transferred to this machine to undergo final touches. The finishing line performs multiple steps of the label making process systematically. On the line the labels can be foil stamped, embossed, varnished and die-cut. As you can see in the photo, the excess label material is then stripped away leaving us with the final custom shape and label. The machine utilizes custom die-cutting allowing the customer to make unique labels on a medium batch scale.
Once all finishing touches have been made, the labels are sent to the rewinding station where they are thoroughly inspected and then packed for distribution.
Elite Label is committed to staying up to speed with technology in order to ensure the best prices for our customers. Our finishing line is just one example of our commitment to offering our customers the best technology available.
